You will stop performing for a love you already have. Your identity will be grounded in the gospel, not in your output. What God says about you will carry more weight than what you say about yourself.

The chapters of your life that felt wasted, broken, or random will come into focus. You will see how God has been writing one story all along and what part you are called to play in it.
A purpose you can say in one sentence
You will walk out with a spoken purpose statement that is rooted in the gospel, shaped by your history, aligned with your design, and specific to your assignment. A declaration for your life.
A way of living it daily
You will build the daily habit of speaking your purpose. A rhythm, a community, and a coach walking with you as you learn to live from a place of joy, health, passion, and sustainability.

Speak Your Purpose is built around three components that work together. Together, they move you from theory to a life you are actually living.
Paradigm-shifting teaching
On-demand video teaching that rewires how you think about identity, history, design, and calling. You will be having assumptions you didn't know you held pulled into the light and replaced with truth.
Challenging and liberating exercises
Every module comes with exercises that walk you through reframing your life from the vantage point of God. Most participants say the exercises are harder and more freeing than anything they have done before.
Dynamic coaching in a coalition
Three live coaching sessions with a BE1MK1 coach and a small coalition of like-minded leaders. This is where transformation takes place. You bring your real life, your real doubts, and your developing purpose statement into a room of people chasing the same goal.
Built for the life you already have
The course is designed to fit into the life of a working adult with a family, a calling, and a calendar that is already full. You will not have to quit anything to go through this. You will finish with rhythms that stay.

Two modules per week over three weeks. Each module builds on the last. By the end you will have a purpose statement rooted in the gospel, shaped by your life, and ready to be spoken over yourself every day.
A Life of Purpose
Before you can speak your purpose, you have to believe you have one. No one is exactly like you, and no one else can do what you are here to do.
Gospel Identity
The first component of your purpose statement. You will learn to form an identity from God's love, not for it. The gospel becomes the foundation.
Redeemed History
Your past is not a problem to move past. It is raw material. You will process the highs and lows of your story in light of God's story.
Essential Covenants
The people God has placed in your life are part of your purpose. You will name the covenants you are called to keep and see how they shape your mission.
Divine Design
You were crafted uniquely by God with specific gifts, talents, and wiring. This module helps you discern your design so you can live in step with how you were made.
Kingdom Assignment
Out of your design come specific assignments in the Kingdom of God. Module six brings clarity and puts the final words on the purpose statement you will carry for life.

Two modules per week. One live coaching call each week with your coalition. Three weeks from start to a spoken purpose statement that carries for life.

Who is this for?
Speak Your Purpose is for followers of Jesus who want clarity on why they are here. You have probably been successful at some things and still feel like something is missing. You are ready to stop guessing and start speaking.
Do I need other BE1MK1 training first?
No. Speak Your Purpose is the entry point course. Everything you need to get started is here. If you want to keep going afterward, The SKILLS of Jesus is the natural next step.
Is this only for people in leadership?
No. The principles work for anyone, in any season. Founders, CEOs, pastors, stay-at-home parents, college students, retirees. The purpose you are being called into is yours, not a generic leadership concept.
I already have a purpose statement. Will this overlap?
Most people arrive with some version of a purpose statement. Most of those were built from strengths, passions, or career goals. Speak Your Purpose starts somewhere different. You will walk out with a statement rooted in the gospel first, not in performance. Many people say the result is the first purpose statement they can actually believe.
What is the time commitment?
About two to three hours per week. Two teaching videos, two sets of exercises, and a live coaching call each week. Plus five minutes a day to practice speaking what you are developing.
What if I miss a live coaching call?
We record the sessions when possible and your coach will connect with you to make sure you stay on track. The live calls are where transformation happens, so the goal is to be there for all three.
Who will coach my coalition?
Every coalition is led by a trained BE1MK1 coach. Our coaches have walked through this content themselves and been equipped to lead others through it. When you apply, we match you with the coach and coalition that fit your season and timing.
Can I use this in my church?
Yes. We offer licensing for church and organizational use so you can bring Speak Your Purpose to your congregation, staff, or ministry team. Reach out to us and we will walk you through the options.
Do I need to be part of a specific church or denomination?
No. BE1MK1 serves the whole Church. Coalitions include disciples from many traditions. What you do need is a local church home where you can live out what you discover here.
Can I apply solo?
Solo is the most common way to apply. Your coalition becomes your group. If you want to apply with a friend or two, you can request to be placed in the same coalition.
Do you offer scholarships or payment plans?
Yes to both. We never want cost to be the reason someone does not discover their purpose. Details are on the application.
