Every disciple shares the same mission — be a disciple who makes disciples. Disciple making isn't a program. It's the natural overflow of being a disciple. So we exist to equip disciples to be disciples — and from that place, to live their lives on mission.
That's the mission.
BE1MK1 was a relationship before it was a mission.
More than twenty years ago, before "relational disciple making" was a phrase any of us knew to use, Chip Pugh started discipling Anthony Rex. One ordinary disciple investing in one ordinary disciple. Nothing strategic. Nothing branded. Just two men following Jesus, with one of them a few steps ahead.
Chip walked Anthony to faith in Jesus. Then kept walking with him. Through marriage. Through ministry. Through every season that tries to either make or break a disciple. Anthony grew. Anthony started discipling others. They started discipling others. The relationship multiplied — exactly the way Jesus said it would.
BE1MK1 is the framework, the training, and the team that came out of that conviction. The brand is the answer to a simple question: What if every disciple of Jesus believed it was their job to be one and make one?
That's why we exist. Not to build a platform. Not to launch another program. To equip disciples to do what Jesus told all of us to do in the first place — go and make disciples. One at a time. For the rest of our lives.

Disciple making is born out of discipleship.
You can't give what you don't have. Before someone can make a disciple, they have to be one. So we focus on forming the disciple first — the multiplication takes care of itself.
Information alone has never produced transformation.
You can read every book and listen to every sermon. By Wednesday, you're back to the same patterns. Transformation requires teaching, exercises, and a community of people running the same drills. That's why we train in coalitions.
Following Jesus is a daily practice, not a one-time decision.
Jesus modeled six SKILLS that fueled His life on mission. They're not techniques. They're rhythms. We train disciples to build those rhythms into the life they're already living.
The mission moves through ordinary disciples.
The Kingdom of God advances through the everyday faithfulness of regular people who say yes — not through programs, platforms, or professionals. We exist to equip ordinary disciples to live extraordinary lives on mission.
