Before you can speak your purpose, you have to believe you have one. No one is exactly like you, and no one else can do what you are here to do.

The first component of your purpose statement. You will learn to form an identity from God's love, not for it. The gospel becomes the foundation.
Redeemed History
Your past is not a problem to move past. It is raw material. You will process the highs and lows of your story in light of God's story.
Essential Covenants
The people God has placed in your life are part of your purpose. You will name the covenants you are called to keep and see how they shape your mission.
Divine Design
You were crafted uniquely by God with specific gifts, talents, and wiring. This module helps you discern your design so you can live in step with how you were made.
Kingdom Assignment
Out of your design come specific assignments in the Kingdom of God. Module six brings clarity and puts the final words on the purpose statement you will carry for life.

Speak Your Purpose is a personal, high-touch coaching experience built around the first SKILL Jesus practiced. It is an optional intensive, not a required prerequisite before you take The SKILLS of Jesus training.
You can take Speak Your Purpose at any time. Before you start the SKILLS training. Alongside it. Or after. Some people go through Speak Your Purpose first because they want deep personal work on the identity and purpose questions. Others start with the SKILLS training and come back to Speak Your Purpose when they are ready to go further.

Speak Your Purpose is for followers of Jesus who want clarity on why they are here. You have been successful at some things and still feel like something is missing. You are ready to stop guessing and start speaking.
How does the coaching work?
You will meet one-on-one with a BE1MK1 coach across three weeks. Between sessions you will work through guided modules and exercises tailored to your story. Your coach reviews your work and walks you through it live so the purpose statement you land on actually fits your life.
Is this only for people in leadership?
No. The process works for anyone, in any season. Founders, CEOs, pastors, stay-at-home parents, college students, retirees. The purpose you are being called into is yours, not a generic leadership concept.
I already have a purpose statement. Will this overlap?
Most people arrive with some version of a purpose statement. Most of those were built from strengths, passions, or career goals. Speak Your Purpose starts somewhere different. You will walk out with a statement rooted in the gospel first, not in performance. Many people say the result is the first purpose statement they can actually believe.
What is the time commitment?
About two to three hours per week. One live coaching session, guided exercises to work through on your own, and five minutes a day to practice speaking what you are developing.
Do I need to take The SKILLS of Jesus first?
No. Speak Your Purpose is an optional deep dive into the first SKILL Jesus practiced. It stands on its own. You can take it before, alongside, or after the SKILLS training.
How soon can I start?
As soon as you are ready. Get started by telling us a little about you and we will schedule a short conversation to make sure this is the right fit and the right season.
Can I take it with a friend or my spouse?
Yes. Some people go through Speak Your Purpose alongside a friend, spouse, or ministry partner. Each person gets their own personal coaching, so the coaching stays specific to you. Reach out to us and we will discuss how to make it work.
Do I need to be part of a specific church or denomination?
No. BE1MK1 serves the whole Church. What you do need is a local church home where you can live out what you discover here.
