The Tension

You have faithful people. Very few are actually on mission.

You have preached the sermons. Launched the small groups. Invested in the pathway. Handed out the books.

Some of it took. A lot of it didn't. You still see the same reality on Sunday morning. Faithful attenders. Consumers of ministry. People who love Jesus and quietly wonder what to do with their Monday.

They want more. They want to know what following Jesus actually looks like in their real life. They want to matter in the mission. They just don't know how to get there.

"How do we move our people from faithful attenders to disciples on mission?"
The Training

The SKILLS of Jesus.

An 11-session training built around the six practices Jesus lived. Each session gives your people a short teaching, a Scripture to engage, a practical exercise to complete during the week, and a huddle guide for when the group gathers.

We train a facilitator from your team to lead. Your people practice. Mission activates.

How It Works

Built to activate your people.

You don't need to teach it, build it, or run it yourself. We equip a leader from your team so your people can start practicing the way of Jesus.

01

We train your facilitator

You identify a leader in your church who is ready to lead. We equip them personally. They walk in with the training, the tools, and the coaching to guide your people through the eleven sessions. The load doesn't fall on you.

02

Built to activate, not just inform

The Learn, Train, Sharpen rhythm puts your people in motion. Every session gives them something specific to practice that week. Discipleship happens in their real life. On Monday. Not just in the room on Wednesday.

03

Multiplication is built in

Session 11 walks each participant through praying for names, inviting them along, and leading their own huddle. One facilitator becomes several. Mission multiplies across your church without adding to your calendar.

04

Mission is the outcome

Every session moves toward being sent. When your people finish, they know who they are in Christ, how to follow Jesus, and how to help someone else follow Him too. The end of the training is the beginning of their mission.

How Churches Use It

Run it where you already have people.

Start with a group you already have. Watch it multiply from there.

Option 01

A Small Group

Replace your next study with SKILLS. Your leader facilitates using the huddle guide. Group meets weekly. Discipleship happens between sessions.

Option 02

Your Leadership Team

Run it with the people already leading in your church. Your elders, ministry leaders, or staff practice the SKILLS first, then send them out to lead huddles.

Option 03

Men's or Women's Ministry

Use SKILLS as the backbone of a season. Break into huddles of three to five. Come back together as a full group at key moments.

Option 04

A Discipleship Pathway

Make SKILLS the training track anyone in your church can complete. Add it to your pathway alongside your new-believer track and leadership development.

Option 05

A Single Huddle of Three

Start with two people who are hungry to grow. Run it as a huddle of three. See what multiplies out of it. This is often the fastest way to test it in your church.

Option 06

A Church-Wide Season

Preach a series alongside the training. Launch huddles across the church. Give your people one shared practice and one shared language for a season of discipleship.

Start a Conversation

Let's talk about your church.

Every church is different. Every rollout is different. The best next step is a short conversation about your people, your season, and what a good first move looks like for you.
