Week 01 — Foundation

Believe your life has a purpose.

This week we set the foundation. You'll watch the Week 1 teaching, work through Modules 1 and 2, and meet your coalition for the first live call on Thursday.

Before you open this week's exercises, sit with this: "If I could speak one true sentence about why I'm here, what would it say?" Don't try to answer it perfectly. Just notice what comes up.

Process your story. Name your covenants.

Week 2 covers Modules 3 and 4. Your past becomes raw material, and you name the people God has placed in your life.

Discern your design. Speak your purpose.

Week 3 brings everything together. You'll work through Modules 5 and 6 and walk out with a purpose statement you can speak for the rest of your life.

The Daily Practice

Five minutes a day. That's the whole drill.

Each morning, take five minutes. Read the journal pages for this week. Speak what you have so far out loud — even if it's still rough. By the end of three weeks, you'll have a purpose statement you've said hundreds of times. That's not a phrase. That's a posture.
